My heart soars when…Belmont, NC Photographer

I am not trying to fluff my own feathers…for those of you who really know me, know that I am quite the opposite of a very confident person. When I receive a comment like the one below from a client…it makes my heart soar and thank God for the opportunity to do what I do.

Hi Nicole –

I’m so in love with all of the pictures! The package was beautiful and the photo “boards” are exceptional. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job for us – wish I would have found you sooner. We will want more pictures this summer or fall. Let me think about the next venue and if you have any suggestion, we are open. You are very talented and I feel blessed to have found you.

I photographed the beautiful “P” family this past Fall. They recently welcomed another addition to their family…baby Reeves. They are so proud of her…and who wouldn’t be!? She is gorgeous! I photographed this little guy when he was still in the womb. I had just started out and his mommy, Arwen, is someone I have known since high school. Yesterday we attempted a session outside. It was very bright and sunny, but very cold. He was not a happy camper in the beginning because he had been woken up from a nap and like I said, it was very COLD! But, we got him bundled up and had him doing what he does best…playing. Thank you Arwen for the opportunity to document your little guy at 2 years old. Enjoy your slideshow here!

Product Spotlight…Cards!

I never got around to sharing a couple of Christmas cards that I received from two different clients over the holidays. The first few are of the beautiful “S” family. I was hesitant to sell my digital images at first because I didn’t know how the end product would look. This particular client of mine used Minted for her Christmas card needs and I couldn’t have been more pleased with how they turned out. If you do not go through me, I highly recommend them or Tiny Prints. If you would like other recommendations of labs I approve with digital collections, please ask! Otherwise, I cannot guarantee a good outcome.

The next example is of the “M” family and designed by my designer Jessica Mullen. Check her out for your baby announcement, Christmas cards, or logo needs.

This family began with two Belmont natives falling in love in high school. I always love meeting high school sweethearts. I married my college sweetheart and feel like we have grown up together, but I can’t imagine how much more high school sweethearts do. I know that their hearts are flood with memories of the first time they saw each other, their first kiss, their graduation day…and so on and so on. These high school sweethearts brought into the world a beautiful little boy (with gorgeous red hair) four years ago, but only 3 weeks ago, they brought home a sweet baby girl.
